As you may have already heard, I will be participating in Miss Pinup Australia again this year! You may have also noticed, I have snuck south of the border for this year's competition. This decision has everything to do with convenience, nothing to do with where I live or my beautiful NSW MPA sisters. I wish I could still enter in NSW of course but this was the only possible way.
I was so bummed at the idea of not being able to enter and literally feel relieved that the universe has allowed me this opportunity once more.
I'm extra pumped about entering this year. I already have routines and poses clogging up my daily thoughts and I love it!
As I start getting to know the new gals I'm finding I am much more open and welcoming this time round. Not that I didn't try to be last year, I am just more relaxed about my second season because I have an idea of what may be coming. Don't get me wrong, I'm still feeling the nerves about meeting lots of new people and performing in front of strangers, but it's not that same crippling FEAR I felt last year. It's a nice, normal feeling of butterflies and excitement mixed together. Gosh I'm so proud of how far I've already come!!
I am already well and truly in the process of making outfits and getting props organised. My Dad has made me the most beautiful prop that I cannot wait to unveil on stage!!
I'm hoping that my theme this year will be entertaining and memorable so I'm trying extra hard to add as much eccentricity as possible!
Now, I won't babble about MPA too long in this post because I will be talking about it a LOT more in the near future!
